  1. All Ruritan member rentals shall be for members family related functions only and attended by the member.
     
  2. Exempted from Government charged is that the Orange County Sheriff Dept. Shall be allowed use of Ruritan Buildings, at a non-rented time, at no charge in exchange for providing security at Ruritan Club events.
     
  3. All rental fees shall be due and payable ten days prior to rental date.
     
  4. All Ruritan owned equipment shall remain on Ruritan property except for service and repairs. President shall authorize
    removal.
     
  5. Only Ruritan Club property and supplies shall be stored on premises.
